Waiting -until you want to scream!

Been there? Me too! Asking God for something, or someone… just some action with this situation …please!!! Longing to see the “needle move” in a positive direction, any ray of hope, or spark of something can be such a drain. Waiting, hoping, and yet, it’s “same ‘ol same ‘ol.” Ahhhh. Yes, I get frustrated just like you. Yes, Ive felt some days I could scream or cry.

No matter the need, waiting is never easy. I read that Old Testament people waited lifetimes for things! New Testament folks waited years at least. Now a days, months seem excruciating. In the end times the LORD says He will shorten our days (Mark 13:20). Wonder if that’s human patience growing thin or God’s? 😂

Personal encouragement came to me today by way of a yard sign,

This Could Be The One.” …”What could be the one, Lord?”

…”The Day, Anna! This could be The Day they see My salvation and find My freedom for themselves! So rejoice and be glad because I have made it.”

Wow. In many ways, God waits with me, especially in matters of the human heart and human will. I hadn’t thought of that before. He longs with me.

He thought of, planned out and created this very day to show any and all willing the shear joy of communing with Him. He longs for us and has made Himself available through Jesus, our personal Savior. God definitely wins the prize for waiting the longest! What an amazing Father we have ❤️

“This is from the LORD and is His doing; It is marvelous in our eyes. This [day in which God has saved me] is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. ”‭‭PSALM‬ ‭118:23-24‬ ‭AMP

If you are waiting… this may be the day

One Response to Waiting -until you want to scream!

  1. Betsy Begley says:

    Hebrews 10:35-39Amplified Bible (AMP)

35 Do not, therefore, fling away your [fearless] confidence, for it has a glorious and great reward. 36 For you have need of patient endurance [to bear up under difficult circumstances without compromising], so that when you have carried out the will of God, you may receive and enjoy to the full what is promised.

    37
For yet in a very little while,
He who is coming will come, and will not delay.
    38
    But My righteous one [the one justified by faith] shall live by faith [respecting man’s relationship to God and trusting Him];
And if he draws back [shrinking in fear], My soul has no delight in him.
39 But [a]our way is not that of those who shrink back to destruction, but [we are] of those who believe [relying on God through faith in Jesus Christ, the Messiah] and by this confident faith preserve the soul.
